  • Adjustable Magnetic Die Holder & Counter-Rotating Polishing System The die holder with swing function and adjustable magnetic force enables shaping of wire drawing dies for fine, medium, and thick wire applications. During polishing, the ultrasonic pin horn rotates at 900 rpm while the die holder rotates in the opposite direction at 100 rpm. This counter-rotating mechanism provides stable polishing performance and helps achieve uniform die geometry and equal bearing length.
  • Automatic Pin Grinding System The machine is equipped with a grinder for precision pin grinding. Two adjustment knobs allow easy adjustment of the grinding angle and the grinder position (forward/backward).
  • Servo-Controlled Head System The servo-controlled head system enables horizontal and vertical movement of the shaping head.
  • Ultrasonic Timer & Count Function The ultrasonic timer and count functions are provided for shaping process control.
