- Precision Air Pressure Control System The machine adopts a finely adjustable air pressure control system, enabling precision shaping of ultra-fine wire drawing dies with stable and reliable machining performance.
- Automatic Pin Grinding System The machine is equipped with a grinder for precision pin grinding. Two adjustment knobs allow easy adjustment of the grinding angle and the grinder position (forward/backward).
- Servo-Controlled Head System The servo-controlled head system enables horizontal and vertical movement of the shaping head.

- Precise Die Centering The machine enables precise centering between the ultrasonic pin and the die by adjusting the limiters mounted on the head and rear side of the machine, along with the fine adjustment screws beneath the die holder.
