- Automated Operation for Higher Productivity The automatic die feeding and water supply systems enable continuous automated operation, maximizing productivity while minimizing operator involvement. The water supply is automatically controlled through a solenoid valve system with adjustable flow rate, ensuring stable and consistent shaping performance.
- Servo-Controlled Head System The servo-controlled head system enables smooth and stable horizontal and vertical movement of the shaping head.
- User-Friendly Operation The intuitive control system enables operators to quickly learn and operate the machine with minimal training. One operator can efficiently operate more than 10 machines simultaneously, maximizing productivity and operational efficiency.
- Ultrasonic Timer & Count Function The ultrasonic timer and count functions are provided for shaping process control.
- Dual Rotation Shaping Modes The machine provides two rotation modes: ultrasonic pin rotation and die holder rotation. Both modes can be selected according to shaping requirements for optimized shaping performance.
- Precise Die Centering The machine enables precise centering between the ultrasonic pin and the die by adjusting the limiters mounted on the head and rear side of the machine, along with the fine adjustment screws beneath the die holder.
- Automatic Pin Grinding System The machine is equipped with a grinder for precision pin grinding. Two adjustment knobs allow easy adjustment of the grinding angle and the grinder position (forward/backward).
